MAL Part 4 (Finale)

I had again spent the evening with Papa and Derek, but this morning's wake up was considerably less leisurely than its predecessor. Check out was at 11 sharp and all us leather folk needed to be out. Being the day before the inauguration, check out was pretty serious this year. So we woke up around 10, made some coffee, and packed up their gear. While Papa was showering I went next door to say goodbye to the Nasty Pig boys I had spent so much time with over the weekend. We exchanged numbers, and I am excited to continue a friendship with them (especially when I move to NYC).

Afterward I ran back to Papa's room and helped them carry their luggage down to the lobby. Speaking of which, check-out was a real cluster fuck. Not the shit show that inauguration ended up being (don't get me started), but it was pretty crazy. Still, in the midst of it all I managed to spot Doug. Just watching him from across the room, I was just as turned on (if not more) as when I first saw him across the club, masterfully handling a flogger. I reflected on the prior nights events, and was filled with a pup-like enthusiasm to get to know him more and have him continue to introduce me to how erotic some pain play can be. I went up to him to chat briefly and say good bye. I hope to see him again...soon.

Tony was flying out of BWI so we were going to grab a quick breakfast before he had to go, but luckily we met up with some of his acquaintances who just so happened to be going to BWI as well. Since they were driving, it shaved off a lot of Tony's travel time and we were able to all get brunch together nearby. It was a great relaxing ending to the weekend. When we finally said goodbye, it felt like the perfect moment. It had been my best MAL ever, and I was ready to get back to my life. More importantly, I was ready to not be wearing a jock strap and boots! haha

To anyone who is reading this and was a part of these events, thank you so much for making my weekend what it was. I had an amazing few days and I couldn't have done it without you. Thank you.
